Webinar presenters will walk through how to access data and run basic analyses securely and reproducibly with SB-CGC, NCI’s Cloud Resource, which meets NIH security compliance requirements. Presenters will also review advancements and innovations to the SB-CGC from the past year and provide a preview of planned features and enhancements.

•     Platform overview – navigating analysis in the cloud
•     Accessing and downloading data – including access to authorized data through dbGaP 
•     Finding the right analysis tools – no matter the level of coding experience and comfort
•     Demonstration of a variant analysis – a quick overview of how to work within the SB-CGC environment
